SUMMARY OF POSITION: To accommodate Members and their guests in the area of
Hotel Guest Rooms and Concierge type services in a courteous, professional and pleasing manner.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS

Work Experience: Hospitality/Hotel Industry background (preferred)
Education: High School Diploma (Some college preferred)

Personal Qualifications / Traits:Must be people-oriented, service minded, and have professional and good
communication skills. Be able to move easily from work station to work station, be computer literate, sit or stand at
work stations and perform required clerical duties, operate the fax, the call accounting system and the telephone
console, in a pleasing and efficient manner.

ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Be familiar and follow Club's policies and procedures, that are relevant to your specific position or as a general employee
of the Club, as outlined in the Employee Handbook, Training Manuals, Written Standards of Performance, Sanitation
Schedules, Guidelines For Emergency Situations, Security and Safety Procedures, including OSHA Guidelines. Essential
job tasks and responsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following:

Answering telephones in a professional and courteous manner. Processing guestroom reservations, changes and
cancellations with care and accuracy according to established procedures.

GreetingMembers and guests and processing guestroom arrivals in a courteous, accurate and efficient manner. Smile.

Reporting in the Front Desk logbook any complaints,Member/Guest comments or incidents of whichManagement
should be notified.

Processing with accuracy, orders for event tickets and preparing each Saturday, the weekly summary sheets and charge
tickets.

Maintain a small bank and follow set procedures relating to check cashing, petty cash, paid-outs, daily reporting of
cashed checks and cash payments.

Maintain a good level of communication and excellent work relationship with the Service Desk, Housekeeping,
Marketing, Catering and all other departments.

Be mindful of our goal in providing absolutely the best in service and hospitality to our members and guests. Anticipate
their needs, before they have to " ask ".

Participate in cross-training and filling in at the Service Desk, when required.

Uniform provided, this needs to be maintained with a professional appearance as per company guidelines.
