About the Job

The Senior Customer Relations Specialist is a key member of the Customer Service team possessing a superior understanding of customer service responsibilities and process flow who has demonstrated the ability to work independently and is responsible for interacting with high-level customers to provide information in response to inquiries and to handle and resolve complaints to completion.

Days/Hours: 4 weekdays, general business hours, from Hawthorne office, 1 late shift working from home, Equipment provided. Department rotation of holidays/weekends. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Respond to phone and email customer inquiries
  • Enter data into company database system
  • Schedule maintenance, housekeeping and other outside staff and vendor activities
  • Follow up on all activities and processes until successfully completed
  • Troubleshoot customer service issues
  • Provide coverage for team members when needed
  • Responsible for VIP accounts as assigned
  • Coordinate special key arrangements activities
  • Train new members of the Customer Service team

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Min of 5 years related professional experience, Associates or Bachelors degree required.
