About the Job

The role of Senior Operations Specialist will be responsible for the processes and systems related to scheduling and servicing customers.

Days/Hours: 
9:30am-6:00pm Monday-Thursday (In Office), 11:30am-8:00pm Friday (Remote from Home, Equipment provided)
Saturdays/Holidays/Emergency phone coverage on a rotating basis with the rest of the team. 

Roles and Responsibilities 

- Coordinate & Support to completion activity Queues. 

- Responsible for coordinating field schedules- mainly- outskirt inventory units, but not limited to all core Markets. 
Cleveland, Ohio 
Seattle, Washington 
St. Louis, Missouri 
Memphis, Tennessee 
Chicago, Illinois 

- Coordinate repairs and follow-ups to completion for VIP client move in

- Support the process of the Customer Service activity queues.

- Support the process of phone calls - emails & customer inquiries.

- Coordinate & support the process of housekeeping schedules - Vendors & maintenance repairs 

- Support the scheduling team work coverage when necessary { vacation & time off}

Education/ Experience Required 

High School diploma or general education degree (GED); 2-3 years B2B customer service experience required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; computer proficiency required.
