The responsibilities include supervising the culinary operations, including the provision of consistent quality in menu items and strong organizational skills in a busy Food & Beverage operation.   • Foster a teamwork environment for the kitchen employees.
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Passionate about food and its presentation.
  • A desire to exceed guests' expectations.
  • Highly organized.
  • Team player. Able to assist others as necessary. Good people skills.
  • Three years related experience with kitchen operations.
  • Cook trade certification is preferred.
  • Minimum one-year supervisory experience.
  • Able to handle difficult situations, accommodate special requests.
