Under the supervision of our Executive Chef, the successful candidate will maintain the highest standards of quality and learn from the best. Responsibilities include preparation and presentation of all menu items.

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cook all foods accurately and promptly with attention to detail ensuring final products adhere to standards.
  • Ensure the work area, utensils and equipment are clean and ready for use at all times.
  • Observe all health and safety regulations and legislation pertaining to food preparation.
  • Provide ideas for new methods and recipes.

  • Creative and passionate about cooking.
  • 1-3 Years experience (preferred).
  • Must work well in a team environment.
  • Cook Trade Certification considered an asset.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and working under pressure.
  • Able to maintain a flexible work schedule, including holidays, weeknights and weekends.
