SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
Provides high-level administrative support to the General Manager (GM). Maintains established and creates new administrative procedures in support of the Club's mission to provide a superior level of customer service to new and existing Club Members

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individual with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Works closely with the GM on all matters pertaining to Membership and provides general administrative support
• Knowledgeable of Club bylaws, Club organization and important points of contact
• Works closely with Club Accounting to ensure the Membership registrar is accurately maintained and regular Membership reports are generated on time
• Works closely with Windsor Properties on the enrollment and processing of new Members; ensuring potential and new Members are properly educated on Membership privileges, fees and other essential information
• Works closely with Club Communications Specialist to ensure new and existing Members have access to and a working knowledge of the Club website and a thorough understanding of all Club communication vehicles
• Works closely with Club Communications on enhancing existing and creating new Membership materials
• Serves as a liaison to the Club's five Committee Chairs (Membership, House, Fitness-Wellness, Golf and Tennis) providing meeting coordination, minute-taking, records-keeping and follow-up
• Participates in proofreading of Club communications, and at times, composes first drafts of communications on behalf of the GM
• Attends weekly Department Head meetings and reports on behalf of the Membership Committee, takes minutes and circulates final approved minutes
• Coordinates a variety of small social events for welcoming new Members
• Maintains accurate department files and an orderly and welcoming work space

COMPETENCIES
• Demonstrated written, oral and proofreading skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others
• Possesses a high degree of professionalism and discretion when dealing with Members and confidential information
• Knowledge of InDesign and Jonas Software a plus
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions for this job. Occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, lift and/or push and pull items weighing 25 lbs. or less.
