We are seeking a Guest Service Ambassador (GSA) to assist our Front Office Supervisor (FOS). The GSA's work both at the nerve centre of the hotel and have freedom in the workplace; the ability to move around the hotel and the neighbourhood in order to satisfy guest requests.

GSA's are the ultimate "go to" people, often coming up with answers to questions that haven't yet been asked and solutions to problems that have never been faced. A GSA's keen eye for detail ensures that all logistics are set prior to a guest's arrival, and their follow-through continues after the guest departs the hotel. GSA's see a long-term relationship in every interaction.

The GSA team works very closely together. Checking guests in and out of the hotel, processing in house reservations and escorting guests to relevant zones or tables and answering their questions. Assisting with luggage, directions, requests and managing all transportation needs for guests.
