Pinnacle is currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Restaurant Manager who will serve as an ambassador for one of the restaurants. The individual must be a multi-functional individual who is driven to always exceed our guests' expectations with an attention for detail.  

Specific Duties and/or Job Responsibilities

  • Be presence on the floor and works with the serving team on the floor at all times
  • Works with Executive Chef to develop menu strategy that is aligned with the brand's business strategy and leads its execution
  • Prepare promotional events
  • Focuses on growing revenues and maximizing financial performances of the department
  • Monitor performance and quality against competition
  • Creates an exciting atmosphere in our establishment to encourage repeat business
  • Possesses a keen eye for efficient and fast service
  • Communicates a clear and consistent message regarding departmental goals to produce desired results
  • Sets goals and expectations for restaurant team, using performance review process and holds staff accountable for successful performance.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a Hotel/Restaurant or related professional are
  • Must have a passion for delivering outstanding guest service
  • Extensive knowledge of wines and spirits
  • Completion of a food service administration, restaurant management course is an asset
  • Familiar with Point Of Sale (POS) computer terminals and good computer skills
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
  • Holds a FoodSafe and Serving it Right Certificate
  • Knowledge of the products, services, sector, industry and local area
