Description

Under the general direction of the Membership Director, the Weekend Reservationist is responsible for providing administrative clerical assistance while providing a warm atmosphere to members and guests as they arrive. 

Must be able to work weekends Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Wednesday 4:00pm-9:00pm. Must be able to work holidays.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned, as needed.

  • Provide a warm front desk welcome to members and guests
  • Deal courteously and promptly with requests, problems or concerns.
  • Take To-go orders and learn menu items.
  • Answer incoming telephone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Take reservations for dining and social events.
  • Have full knowledge of all daily Club offerings and upcoming events.
  • Provide administrative clerical assistance

Qualifications:

  • Project a confident and friendly telephone and in-person professional presence.
  • Possess proficient computer office skills including word processing and email.
  • Accounting and Publisher skills a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance at all times

Reasoning Abilities

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
