About the Job

The role of Customer Service Representative is a key member of the Customer Service Team responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries and to handle and resolve complaints.

Location: Work from home remote position after initial training period.

Days/Hours:
Sunday 4:00pm to 12.30am
Monday 4:00pm to 12.30am
Tuesday 4:00pm to 12.30am

Wednesday/Thursday Off

Friday 4:00pm to 12.30am.
Saturday 8:00am to 4.30pm

Holidays and Legal Holidays as scheduled on rotating basis for the whole team.

Roles and Responsibilities

*Handle all relevant customer service needs of our clients while communicating with appropriate departments and utilizing relevant tools.
*Follow through all guest requests and activities until successfully completed.
*Troubleshoot customer service inquiries.
*Manage guest arrival process.
* Provide coverage for team members as scheduled.
*Support training for Customer Service Team Members.
*Oversee emergencies from the call center.

Education/Experience Required:

Strong Customer Service Skills required with an innate drive to satisfy clients. Computer Proficiency required. Hospitality experience a plus.
