About the Job

The role of Administrative Assistant will ensure the efficient operation of the Marketing Department by handling a high volume of administrative work.

Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm

Roles and Responsibilities

*Project Management

*Data Entry

*Administrative Support to the Sales Team

*Day-to-Day operational assistance

*Keeping stock of supplies and marketing material

*Light marketing related tasks

*Additional duties as assigned

 

Education/ Experience Required

Associates Degree preferred, approximately 7 years administrative work required. Minimal experience in marketing a plus.
