Liberty Entertainment Group is currently looking to hire part-time and full-time Sommeliers for various venues. Overview:

  • Coordinating the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
  • Managing staff and providing them with feedback
  • Responding to customer complaints
  • Meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations
  • Advising customers on menu and wine choices
  • Preparing cash floats and cashing out servers and bartenders
  • Ordering and managing alcoholic beverages in the restaurant
  • Complete any other job-related task as determined by management

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Sommelier role
  • Must be a certified Sommelier
  • Strong customer service background and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to train and delegate
  • Ability to work flexible hours, days, shifts, weekends including holidays
  • Can legally work in Canada
