About the Job
Churchill Living is seeking a Bilingual (English/Japanese) sales person to develop and maintain Japanese business relationships throughout the tristate area.

Days/Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.

Salary is Base + Commission 

Role and Responsibilities Include:
• Generate outside sales and provide high quality customer service.
• Delivers sales presentations to key clients.
• Secure "Request for Proposal "opportunities for Churchill and manage the process.
• Handle inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.
• Emphasizes sale-able features, quotes prices and credit terms and generates leases and appropriate paperwork.
• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with clients.
• Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers.
• Investigates and resolves guest issues when appropriate.
• Maintain all documentation: new customer data, client activity tracking, client communications, preplanned client action, sales literature and other sales data via company database.

Education and/or Experience Required:

Bilingual Japanese/English (Verbal and Written) required. Knowledge of proper Japanese business etiquette required. 
Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience necessary, Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school preferred. 
Corporate account management experience a strong plus. Knowledge of real estate/housing /furniture rental industry a plus. 
Must be able to travel for client meetings.
