We are seeking an experiences ala carte chef with the discipline to maintain consistency, profiles and flavors of the club's entrees while also creating new, exciting and outside of the box dishes for the club's membership to enjoy. Applicants must have 3-5 years experience in fine dining and possess strong leadership and training skills.
