Job Summary

Join the 'Best Baker in America' as part of our front of house team! SIFT is currently seeking part-time Bakery Customer Service staff our Mystic, CT and Watch Hill, RI locations.

The front of house team is responsible for ensuring every customer has the best experience possible while visiting the bakery. Tasks include assisting customers with special orders, preparing coffee and espresso beverages, answering general questions about products and regularly completing purchase transactions.

Qualifications and Skills

Ideal candidates have at least two years of customer service experience, preferably in a food and beverage environment. Experience working with espresso and coffee beverages preferred. Must be able to handle regular purchase transactions with cash, credit, check and gift cards. Must have a warm and bright personality and truly enjoy serving customers. This position also requires the ability to stand for the entire shift as well as regular lifting, bending, twisting and reaching. The ability to lift 50 lbs regularly required.

Availability to work weekends closing shifts required. Must be able to work four to five shifts per week.
