The General Manager maintains complete oversight and stewardship of the hotel including but not limited to Sales and Marketing, Food and Beverage, Human Resources, Finance, Front Office, Reservations, Rooms, and Engineering. A General Manager must have knowledge of each department as well as the hotel property management systems. The General Manager must have effective oral and written communication skills and must be able to work a flexible work schedule as the hours for this management position will vary.
