We are looking for a Housekeeping Office Manager that will be responsible for managing the office and organize department functions in accordance with Tuscany Suites & Casino guidelines.   

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Prepares scheduling of the department employees including managers.
  • Monitors payroll with payroll duties and control attendance points and leave administration tracking.
  • Maintains logs, including the preparation and tracking of progressive discipline.
  • Evaluate the schedule or timelines related to the completion of assignments, while maintaining service and/or product quality.
  • Upkeep communication boards and posters in the housekeeping office.
  • Establish and maintain office filing procedures.
  • Coordination of and internal meetings and engagement events.
  • Tracks and monitors completion of guest rooms for tours and site visits.
  • Assist with creating and updating housekeeping manuals and SOPs.
  • Assis with ordering and monitoring of supplies for the department.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

 

High school diploma or GED required. Proof of eligibility to work in the United States. Ability to communicate effectively in a positive/upbeat fashion utilizing English, both in oral and written form. Must possess at least 2 years prior experience in hotel operations. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel. Must be able to multi-task and communicate with all levels of individuals including management, team members and guests. Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
