Seeking Restaurant Supervisors to support overall restaurant operations for a growing restaurant group located in Eastern CT. The restaurant group specialized in Thai and Japanese cuisine and is located in Niantic, Mystic and Groton.

The Restaurant Supervisor reports directly to ownership and is responsible for the overall shift which includes:

  • the supervision, training, on boarding, coaching and satisfaction of staff
  • addressing guests complaints or concerns in a timely and appropriate manner
  • ensuring the overall cleanliness of the restaurants including adhering to food safety guidelines
  • completely inventory on a weekly basis
  • auditing time cards to ensure accuracy and appropriate breaks
  • communicating any safety or general concerns to ownership in a timely manner

Ideal candidates have at least two years of restaurant supervisory experience. ServSafe Manager and ServSafe Alcohol certifications preferred. Must be able to stand for the entire shift.

This position is an hourly position and would require some server/bartending shift in the slower season.
