About the Job 
The role of Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Department, specifically responsible for; creating property profiles for Furnished Apartment Housing, coordinating outside sales events, data entry, administrative tasks as well as various misc. projects.

Days/Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.

Roles and Responsibilities
* Coordinates the creation of property profiles, researching descriptive information, and uploading into company database.. Maintain property records in database, marking any duplicates.

*Researches events/ conferences for outside sales participation. Evaluates the cost of attendance/ participation and determines ROI. Coordinates registration and logistics of events once approved.

*Research and create content for furniture descriptions for website and internal database. Creates/updates stager portfolios on the Furniture Rental website, directing inquiries/sales leads appropriate.

*Keeping stock of marketing materials to support our sales team.

*Marketing project support- provides additional support for marketing project overflow.
Conducts competitive research for both Corporate Housing and Furniture Rental.

Education/Experience Required 
AA Degree required; bachelors in Marketing or Communications preferred; three (3) years of experience in a marketing communications environment.

Knowledge of MS Office Suite required, specifically MS Excel, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of InDesign or other graphical display software a plus.
