As a member of our Bell Staff you will be responsible to meet and greet guests upon arrival and assist guests with their luggage. As our Bell Staff you will be responsible for describing rooms, property details and services to guests in order to ensure that their arrival, stay and departure experience is pleasurable and informative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival
  • Transport and storage of guest luggage
  • Must fill out luggage tags in detail as per hotel standards
  • Logging of luggage
  • Assistance with guest packages and package delivery to rooms
  • Full knowledge of hotel guest rooms and hotel outlets
  • Be fully acquainted with the different points of interest within the surrounding area of the hotel. 
  • Report and follow-up with guest complaints to ensure that any problems are resolved. 
  • Call taxi and/or shuttle for guests as needed
  • Assist with car valet service 
  • Retrieving and loading luggage for guests. 
  • Notify the front desk and guest services of VIP arrivals whenever possible
  • Run guest errands (within short distances of hotel)
  • Assist in maintenance of front of property
  • Communicate special guest requests to the front desk agents.
  • Ensure the lobby, bell closet and work areas as well as departmental equipment are clean and presentable at all times.
  • Offer assistance to all guests and provide them with information requested and directions, escorting the guest whenever possible
  • Remain at designated posts unless instructed otherwise.
  • Follow hotel policies, procedures and service standards.
