Our Assistant Front Office Manager will be responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in all aspects of Management of Front Office staff, in this position you must be able to handle guest complaints, as well as manage Front Office when Front Office Manager is off property.

Staff

 

  • Manage Front Office Agents/Bellman/PBX
  • Assist in managing all scheduling of Front Office staff
  • Manage all Front Office daily duties
  • Assist in managing all Front Office staff vacation requests
  • Assist in managing all Front Office staff corrective and disciplinary actions
  • Assist in managing and maintain all Front Office standards according to hotel standard operating procedures and culture
  • Manage and maintain all Front Office department moral
  • Assist in managing and maintain all Front Office staff grievances
  • Assist in managing all Front Office staff recruitment/hiring and onboarding procedures

  • Assist in Managing all Front Office staff onboarding procedures
  • Manage all Front Office systems
  • Assist in Managing all daily arrivals and departures in coordination with Front Office Director/ sales/reservations and housekeeping
  • Manage correspondence and handling of guest complaints
  • Maintain guest satisfaction in accordance to hotel standard
  • Manage All guest registration card information/Bucket check
  • Management of daily departmental pass-on
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information
