Position

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Concierge join our team in several of our high-end strata buildings in Metro Vancouver.  We have day, evening and overnight shifts available Monday-Sunday.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provides concierge services as described in the Concierge job description.
  • Operating within assigned budget, creates an operating schedule to provide full concierge coverage. Assigns shifts to individual employees using principles of equity, service levels and personal preferences.
  • Resolves complaints or issues that have been escalated by concierge staff. Exercises discretion in deviating from standard protocols in order to meet client expectations.
  • Provides on-going training and advice to concierge staff. This includes providing orientation to new associates. Escalates any significant performance problems to the Strata Council and Strata Manager.
  • Continually updates Standard Operating Procedures to ensure best practices are maintained and communicated.

Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies

  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop appropriate solutions
  • Ability to give appropriate feedback to associates
  • Excellent listening skills and an empathetic personality
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving ability
  • Comfort with technology; basic computer skills
