Position Overview-

-Manage reservations staff recruitment/Hiring and onboarding procedures

-Manage Reservations staff training and training schedules

-Produce and Manage departmental SOPs

Manage FD budget

-Manage All FD department schedule and Payroll

-Manage all FD staff onboarding procedures

-To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with all staff

-Deal effectively with people, creating teamwork, motivating and using an uplifting and lead-by-example leadership approach

Sales/Reservations

-Attend daily executive meeting

-Manage All daily reports

-Set up daily sales goals for the reservations team

-Manage All VIP sales and Account

Manage All Group sales and accounts

-Manage All Corporate sales and account

-Manage All Travel agents relationships

-Manage All property tours

-Manage rooms sales from events

-Manage All sales outreach

-Manage all sales Calendars

-Manage all rate input in systems

-Ensure rate and availability parity across all channels and partners.

-Level out hotel inventory and availability across selling platforms.

-Identify revenue problems and opportunities with sufficient lead time to positively impact revenues.

-Find new ways to effectively generate revenue and encourage Rev PAR growth.

-Monitor and update GDS and OTA hotel descriptions.

-Pro-actively research, prospect and solicit new business, with a focus on hotel collaboration for cross sell opportunities 

-Proactively engage local hotel collaborations, convention sales efforts and regional event planners to ensure venue provides a unique alternative for client events.

Revenue Management

- Manage All revenue Management reports

- Assist in managing All daily/monthly/quarterly/ revenue reports

- Actively participate in revenue meetings

- Assist in rate setting for the property along with GM and Management

- Manage property forecasting-along with GM and Management

- Monitor competitive rates and positioning and perform price point analysis.

- Ensure rate parity and address disparity issues across all selling platforms.

- Maintain reports that evaluate revenue management performance including source of bu.

- Analyze competitive hotel information and strategies.

- Create and maintain all systems for capturing sales related information
- Responsible for accurate and timely forecasting

-Updating/communicating budget revisions 

SKILLS

-At least 2 years' experience as Sales Manager

-Familiar with Boutique Hotel sales strategy

-Refined organizational and Team leadership skills.

-Ability to work independently

-Must have great problem solving skills

-Must be a creative thinker

-Must be have impeccably  English skills, both written and verbal

-Computer Literate Excel/Word

-Knowledgeable in PMS and GDS systems

-Experience creating advanced analytical reports.

-Experience with data extraction and database analytics.

-Multi-lingual skills highly desirable.

-Must have great people skills
