  • Lead and inspire a team (including yourself) to achieve and exceed company and individual targets.

  • Lead a team via proactive action, coaching and counseling and disciplinary action when required.
  • Participate in the creation of annual budgets, marketing plans and forecasting.

  • Finance/Insurance/Law/Real Estate/Consulting

  • Responsible for client visits, tours, entertainment, receptions, etc.
  • Some travel required but minimal, tradeshows.
  • Key feeder market NYC is target and majority feeder market.
  • Deliver excellence in customer service as well as exploring opportunities for growth within the business.
  • Champion our core values by adopting an open and consultative style of leadership and peer communication to provide a role model for all staff that inspires employees to make a positive contribution to the business.
  • Maximize individual potential through a positive commitment to training, development and succession planning at all levels, in order to meet current and future manpower demands as well as addressing business issues.

  • Experience with Delphi preferred but not required
  • Opera a plus but not required
