About the Job 
The role of Guest Service Specialist will assist in the efficient day to day operations of the property, monitoring activities and troubleshooting issues as they occur. 

Days/Hours:. Thursday-Monday 11:30 am to 8:00 pm.
Tuesday and Wednesday Off.

Role and Responsibilities 
• Meet and greet guests warmly while handling the check in and check out processes.
• Process customer service requests via phone,emails, and list of activities to complete in the company database.
• Monitor the condition of the apartments and correct/report issues.
• Perform apartment light maintenance as needed and escalate larger repairs to the appropriate party.
• Assist with ordering household inventory, storage organization and completing inventory audits.
• Ensure residents are following property rules
• Ensure offices are kept clean and organized.
•Ensure public areas are clean and presentable for guests.
• Perform apartment key inventory and access device control.

Education/ Experience Required 
Bachelor's Degree in hotel management or hospitality training degree preferred but not required. Customer Service experience; 2 plus years' in some of the following areas; household maintenance, resolving customer grievances, front desk.
