Q Center is looking for a full-time Call Center Agent to join our team!

This shift is for 2:30 pm until 11:00 pm Sunday through Thursday. Flexibility required. Job Summary

The Call Center Agent is responsible for answering incoming guest calls, utilizing company policy to solve any issues and directing calls when necessary. This position is often the first point of contact for guests' issues and will need a commitment to guest satisfaction and have an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.  

Education & Experience

  • Experience in a hotel or a related field required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Computer experience required.

 Fundamental Requirements:

  • Answer all incoming calls promptly, in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Research and assist all inquiries in a professional, courteous and timely manner; follow up with guests.
  • Answer guest inquiries about center services, facilities and hours of operation.
  • Be able to perform all duties of Guest Services Agent and assist at front desk as required by Management.
  • Assist guests with purchasing of dining room meal tickets, shopping trip tickets and various cash items. 
  • Assist guests in arranging ground transportation (limousine and bus) via phone, database or walk-up traffic.
  • Facilitate bus staging which includes meeting and greeting guests, ensuring guests are on the correct bus, communicating closely with vendors, and monitoring bus traffic flow. 
  • Maintain cash bank.
