The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring Department compliance with Hilton Brand Standards in accordance with Guest and Company requirements. This role ensures Guest satisfaction, budgeted profit margins are achieved and an excellent company image is projected, thus ensuring continued growth. The Assistant Front Office Manager will display exemplary guest service skills, and train Guest Service Agents' similarly to ensure all Guests feel valued, cared for and respected. The Assistant Front Office Manager will provide effective leadership through professional management and encouragement of Guest Service Agents.

  • Extensive knowledge of ONQ Property Management System
  • Thorough knowledge of Hotel Operations
  • Minimum of 4 years of Guest Service experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of Management/Supervisory experience in a hotel
  • Must be available to work all shifts, holidays, weekends, or any time needed
  • Effective leadership skills
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective problem solving ability
  • Team work orientated
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Attention to detail
