Job Purpose:  

Travel the GTA on your own route and in your own company serving patrons in a variety of industries/locations including office buildings, construction sites, factories, and many other places

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Prior to beginning each day's route, ensure that truck is properly loaded with all product required to properly service all scheduled routes following outlined operational procedures.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution
  • Display a clear understanding of company policies
  • Informs regular clients and customers of new products or services, listens to and resolves service complaints.
  • Sets up merchandise and sales promotion display or issues sales promotion materials to customers. Conducts inventory reconciliation.
  • Accountable for all receipt of goods and cash received or collected and product
  • The ability to handle a regular sized truck on major highways and streets
  • An entrepreneurial spirit to succeed with your coffee truck
  • A love for early mornings… Your day typically runs from 7am - 2pm

Job Skills:

  • The ability to work independently and as team

Job Requirements: 

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clear Driver's Abstract
  • Clean Police Record

  • Full training program including ride-along with our district managers.
  • Coffee Truck provided for business use 
  • All the products, services, facilities, maintenance and leadership to be successful
  • Your own route and existing business

1) Load your truck with all of our company provided products

2) Perform a cross-check to ensure you're ready for the day ahead

3) Check-in with your mentor with any questions

4) Hit the streets running and build great relationships with your customers while ensuring you represent the values of the team
