Oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets. Responsible for personnel matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, evaluating, and discharging. Ensure that all company and regulatory policies and standards are consistently met. Maintain proper supplies of products and conduct inventory as prescribed. Covering call outs for bars, contacting vendors for bar repairs, or any other bar related issue to include purchasing and ensuring proper par levels.

  • Create, monitor, and forecast daily and monthly departmental profit and loss reports.
  • Monitor service abilities to ensure all executed guest service falls within established standards.
  • Place orders for beverage department, complete internal transfers, and complete end of month inventory for all bars.
  • Complete bars schedules, time off requests, and bars payroll.
  • Complete onboarding, training, and evaluations of all bartenders, cocktail servers, and barbacks.
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to General Managers, Chefs, and all other F&B team members to create a positive guest experience and improved employee morale throughout our venues.
  • Investigate complaints relative to faulty cooking or quality of ingredients.
  • Ability to make product and equipment purchasing decisions that benefit the hotel.
  • Interact with Warehouse Operations and Purchasing Director.
  • Initiate projects to improve productivity or efficiency for front or back of house staff.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Two (2) years of prior experience in a supervisory (or higher) role in food and beverage operations preferred.
  • Able to work flexible hours necessary including off hours, weekends and holidays
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms
  • Must have thorough knowledge of service standards, beverage products, preparations, and presentation.
  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, RedRock, Genisis preferred.
  • Extended periods of standing and walking, circulating through the operations required.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
