ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Prepare, assign and coordinate all group and transient arrivals.

  • Duties included in coordinating groups and transient arrivals in are: running and distributing reports, coordinating  pop-up reservation, preparing arrival packets for guests, monitoring reservation for same day arrivals,
  • Responsible for communicating, via email and phone, to all departments to plan and execute the arrival process in an efficient manner. Ensure proper communication of changes or challenges in a timely manner to the appropriate departments.
  • Arranging, coordinating, organizing and monitoring transportation arrangements to ensure a flawless check-in and departure.
  • Responsible for preparing pre-shift and group  reports to communicate and prepare for daily and weekly responsibilities. 
  • Perform pre-arrival room inspections for rooms.

SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions:

  • Assit the Pre Arrival Team.
  • Assist the Front Office Team

OTHER DUTIES

Assimilate into The Hilton Family HEART/CARE culture through understanding, supporting and participating in all elements of HEART/CARE.  Demonstrate working knowledge of the service standards.
