Job Summary

Responsible for updating sales production, availability, rates, and inventory in distribution systems, generating and compiling data and completing reports to support Sales & revenue management processes, and providing administrative support to property Sales Leaders to maximize revenues.

 

Essential Functions / Qualifications

Minimum of two (2) years in the hospitality industry; at least one year in the Reservations or Revenue related discipline preferred. Bachelor's of business or hospitality related preferred. Working knowledge of industry distribution models and the ability to troubleshoot as various challenges occur preferred. Ability to work with various tools such as rate shopping tools, extranets, and competitive analytic tools required. Basic understanding of RevPar, occupancy, ADR, and forecast required. Ability to consistently meet deadlines as set by the Revenue Leader and attention to detail and consistent work quality required. Must be able to work with numbers with speed and accuracy. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required. Plus Provide clerical and administrative support for the Sales Managers, including dictation, typing, computer input, filing, tracing, answering telephones (for entire office as required), printing reports, payroll, maintaining manager files and departmental records/logs. Will provide clerical and administrative support to other key executives, notably the Director of Sales & Marketing.
