What will I be doing?

The Administrative Rates Coordinator reports to the Revenue Manager and is responsible for supporting the Revenue Department for both Hilton and Days Inn by performing duties such as daily guest room rate changes, closing sales on sold out room types, compiling daily reports, and coordinating third party bookings, and e-mails. This Team Member will also carry out all administrative clerical duties for the Revenue Department, such as filing, and answering general inquiries. Strong computer and Internet experience are an asset.  Front Desk or reservations experience will also be recognized, but not required, in filling this position.

Experience

  • Previous office experience or equivalent education preferred

 

Skills

  • Solid Organizational skills and excellent time management skills
  • Must be comfortable with computers, working in Excel and Word applications, as well as maintaining the spreadsheets
  • Strong multi-tasking ability
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
  • Professional with a friendly demeanor

Requirements

  • Able to work on own without supervision
  • Must be able to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
  • Required to provide a certificate proving completion of the Health and Safety Awareness Training for Workers (e-course provided by the Ministry of Labour)
