What will I be doing?

The Bell Desk Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Bell Attendants with Guest baggage items during both arrival, and departure, communicate any necessary deliveries to and from Guest rooms, room relocation, and other related services as requested. The Bell Desk Coordinator will exercise the Hilton Values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, Now in order to ensure all Guests feel Cared for, Valued, and Respected.

Requirements

  • Ability to uphold and maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude towards all Guest

Required to provide a certificate proving completion of the Health and Safety Awareness Training for Workers (e-course provided by the Ministry of Labour)

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time
