Job Responsibilities: 

  1. Server will be responsible for delivering an enjoyable experience to every guest, every time by selling and serving food and beverages through knowledge, hospitality and excellent service skills.
  2. Dispense alcoholic beverages and controls service to ensure customers do not become intoxicated in accordance with liquor and hotel and company policies and regulations.
  3. Prepare all drink orders as required and to charge for such orders as they are prepared and in the appropriate manner.
  4. Comply with all liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies.
  5. Perform all side duties such as cleaning, garnish preparation, miscellaneous preparation, stocking, etc.
  6. Wash and sanitize all glasses and utensils.
  7. Ensure all alcohol is removed from counters and tables prior to required closing time.
  8. Other duties as assigned.

Job Skills: 

  1. Use arithmetic to total costs and make change.
  2. Communicate with different kinds of people to find out what services they want and to give them information.
  3. Stand or walk for varying lengths of time, sometimes for long periods.
  4. Move fingers and hands easily and quickly to handle dishes, money, merchandise, etc.  Lift and carry heavy items, such as trays.

Job Qualifications: 

Education

HS Diploma or equivalent

Experience

Minimum 1-5 years Serving and or Bartending

Licenses/Certifications

Valid WA state food handler's card & Liquor card (where required)
